Business Affairs Committee

The Committee on Business Affairs shall consist of not less than four (4) Trustees. It shall be concerned generally with the finances of the College. It shall review and make recommendations to the Board on:

  1. the receipts and expenditures of funds
  2. the improvements and additions of facilities
  3. the budget and changes thereto
  4. the annual statement of the Treasurer
  5. promoting ethics, integrity and compliance with laws, policies and procedures within the College; and
  6. institutional policies and compliance with respect to conflicts of interest and other policies relating to institutional compliance with laws
  7. shall perform such other related activities that may be assigned by the Board from time to time
