The Human Resources Department is located in the Mint Building, 1700 Spring Garden Street, Room M1-22 - M1-24.  We are committed to responsive and timely service to all of our constituents.  Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Summer office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.
