Athletics Center
The College’s Athletics Center is located between the Pavilion and Winnet buildings on 17th Street. Our center features a weight training room with Hammer Strength equipment; a cardio room with bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines; and an exercise room with a wooden floor designed for aerobics and other types of exercise. To gain access to the facilities and ensure proper use of the equipment, you must attend a demonstration and present a valid College ID.

The Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference announces five Community College of Philadelphia student-athletes to the EPAC All-Academic Team:

Community College of Philadelphia basketball player Andrea Bowleg has been named EPAC Athlete of the Week as announced by the league office this afternoon. Bowleg, a freshmen from the Bahamas, set a school record for single game blocks with 13 against nationally ranked Camden County. Andrea is currently ranked in the top 7 in the NJCAA in blocks per game.
The Men's Basketball team received the 9th place ranking in this weeks NJCAA national top ten poll. They hold first place in the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference and are in second place behind Brookdale #3 in Region XIX. The team is vying for a spot in the national tournament with 9 regular season games remaining.

Freshman Center, Andrea Bowleg, sets Community College of Philadelphia school record for single game blocks with 13 against nationally ranked Camden Cougars (#7). Andrea is currently ranked #3 in NJCAA Div III with 4.8 blocks per game.
The men's basketball team sits solely in first place with a 95-66 win over Northampton Community College yesterday. They are still tied for first place with Brookdale Community College in Region XIX play. They have also received votes for the National Top Ten Rankings in both weeks of polling. Go Colonials!
Men's Basketball move into 1st place with a 87-67 win over Lehigh-Carbon Community College this past weekend. Tonight they take on Bucks County Community College at 7pm in the Athletics Center.
