Daily Parking on Main Campus
Please note: Monthly parking is currently only available in the CBI garage. All other areas are full. Parking at the Main Garage on Main Campus is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not unusual for the Main Garage to be at full capacity by 8:15 a.m. on weekdays.
Main Garage Hours
- Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. when classes are scheduled
- Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. when classes are scheduled
- Saturday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. when classes are scheduled
NO AFTER-HOUR CAR RETRIEVAL IS PERMITTED.
Daily Parking Rates
Daily parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Main Garage for a daily rate of $6 (cash or credit) or $5 with your Lion Card.
If paying with your Lion Card, please note that funds must be available on your ID before entering the garage. You do not need to complete a form for daily parking.
Student Parking
Daily parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Main Garage for a rate of $6 (cash or credit) or $5 with your Lion Card (CCP ID Card). Funds must be loaded to your card and available on your ID before entering the garage. You do not need to complete a form for daily parking.
There are a few spots available in the CBI for students interested in semester parking. Please email for more information.
Employee Parking
To apply for monthly parking you must complete an online application. Please note all parking assignments and location requests will be based on availability.

Monthly parking rates will not be pro-rated due to Hybrid work arrangements. A daily rate option is available ONLY in the Main Garage for those who do not wish to pay for monthly parking.
Street Parking
Street parking is available along most major streets that run through and around Main Campus, including 16th, 17th, 18th, Callowhill, and Spring Garden streets. These spots fill quickly and are subject to posted meter or kiosk hourly rates.
Regional Center Parking
The Northeast Regional Center offers spacious, adjoining lots for ample parking at no charge. Preferred spots are available for hybrid vehicles. The West Regional Center has limited dedicated parking with street parking for overflow.
Frequently Asked Questions (Updated January 2023)
I paid the rate to enter the garage, however, I will need to leave and return. Will I have to pay a new rate to enter the garage?
Yes. Only monthly parkers have the option to enter and exit the garage as needed during standard operating hours. All others will be responsible for the garage rate.
How do I pay for monthly parking?
Full-time staff and faculty must pay for parking through payroll deductions. Part-time staff and faculty must pay for parking by check.
I will be working on a hybrid schedule. Will the rates remain the same?
Currently, monthly parking rates will remain the same. If you do not wish to pay the monthly rate, please consider parking in the Main Garage at the daily rate of $6 (Cash or Credit) or $5.00 with your Lion Card (CCP). Please note that funds must be added to your Lion Card prior to entering the garage.
As a faculty member of CCP, I want to save my parking space until I return to campus in August/September. Can I do this?
Yes. Faculty members and individuals on sabbaticals can reserve their parking space for a specified period. You must complete a suspension of parking form to remove any payroll deductions and alert the parking staff. More information about this can be found here.
The suspension deadline is the 15th of each month for the next month.
The garage arm is up. Do I still have to swipe my ID to enter/exit the garage?
Yes! You must swipe your ID card to enter/exit the garage each time you are using the garage. Without doing so, the system will not allow you to access the garage on your next visit.
Is my parking spot assigned based on my office location?
Although we aim to accommodate each request, we are unable to do so. If you require accommodation for other reasons, please click here and complete the appropriate forms to have your accommodation fulfilled.

How do I complete a request to be put on the waitlist for parking this semester?
Currently, we are not keeping a waitlist for parking.
I no longer require parking; how do I cancel my monthly parking?
Monthly Parking suspension forms are due by the 15th of the Month for the following month's payroll. The suspension begins at the beginning of the Month. Monthly Parking is not prorated.
I’m having issues swiping my ID card to gain access to the garage. Do I have to visit the school to have this issue rectified?
NO. Please send an email to , including your J#, so we can correct any card issues.
Does the College offer overnight parking?
No. Overnight parking is not available.
