Lisa serves as the College’s chief human resources officer providing strategic leadership and operational direction, including organizational development, succession planning, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations. Sonni supports the HR Director in executing the College’s talent acquisition strategy, builds diverse applicant pools for faculty and staff, enhances employer branding, manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and oversees onboarding and orientation. She collaborates with hiring managers, search committees, and departments to meet staffing needs, ensuring all recruitment processes align with the College’s collective bargaining agreement and legal standards.
David Cullen

David serves as the lead over a full range of activities related to the acquisition of talent for (non-academic) staff positions at the College. His job responsibilities include the development of recruitment plans, sourcing and screening applicants based on position qualifications, and providing consultative services to hiring managers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of selection and hiring processes, in accordance with the College’s collective bargaining agreement.

Max provides support in the staff and faculty recruitment processes in the College’s Human Resources department. He is primarily responsible for the coordination of processes related to requests for temporary workers, background screening for staff and faculty positions, and new hire onboarding.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
The HRIS area is responsible for maintenance of the HR module of the Banner system, and provides the primary coordination with the payroll office. If you need address labels or a report from the system, these are the people to contact. Changes to demographic information such as name changes, address changes, etc. are handled by the HRIS area.
