Lost/Forgotten Passwords
Students can click on the Change Password tab in MyCCP.ccp.edu to setup security questions and change their own password for MyCCP and Student E-mail.
Employees
Lost/Forgotten Passwords
Faculty/Staff can reset their AD or MyCCP portal lost/forgotten passwords using the Password Reset Portal.
Changing Current AD, Email and MyCCP Passwords
- Faculty/Staff must provide an employee ID number and will be asked to verify their identity for Active Directory (AD), Email and MyCCP
