Event Request Form
Please review the following information carefully before completing this form.
- This form should be completed 30 days in advance to request event space at Community College of Philadelphia's Main campus or Regional Centers
- If your request is not submitted 30 days in advance, your event may not be accommodated with space, equipment or services (high usage months are October and April)
- Special Events may not be scheduled on the following days:
- Sundays
- Fridays and Saturdays during summer hours (May through August)
- When the College is officially closed, including Spring Break
- The week of Thanksgiving
- December 15 to January 3
- Fees may be incurred during normal business hours, and at the overtime rate after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on all day on Saturday for internal and external events
- All external groups must provide a certificate of insurance and hold harmless agreement form 10 days prior to your event
- Attendee guest lists will be requested in advance for all external events
- The College reserves the right to deny facilities use to outside groups based on availability, and if the nature of the event can potentially threaten institutional property, safety and/or conflicts with the mission of the College
