College Closed Monday, January 26

Due to inclement weather, Community College of Philadelphia will be closed on Monday, January 26. All classes, remote work, and activities are canceled. Updates regarding reopening will be shared via email and the College website.

Event Request Form

Please review the following information carefully before completing this form.

  • This form should be completed 30 days in advance to request event space at Community College of Philadelphia's Main campus or Regional Centers
    • If your request is not submitted 30 days in advance, your event may not be accommodated with space, equipment or services (high usage months are October and April)
  • Special Events may not be scheduled on the following days:
    • Sundays
    • Fridays and Saturdays during summer hours (May through August)
    • When the College is officially closed, including Spring Break
    • The week of Thanksgiving
    • December 15 to January 3
  • Fees may be incurred during normal business hours, and at the overtime rate after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on all day on Saturday for internal and external events
  • All external groups must provide a certificate of insurance and hold harmless agreement form 10 days prior to your event
  • Attendee guest lists will be requested in advance for all external events
  • The College reserves the right to deny facilities use to outside groups based on availability, and if the nature of the event can potentially threaten institutional property, safety and/or conflicts with the mission of the College
