Vaccinations and Testing

Due to City of Philadelphia mandates, anyone who comes to the College who is not fully vaccinated will be tested before they will be permitted on campus. Masks are required. Starting Oct. 15, all faculty, staff and students must be fully vaccinated. Please see our College COVID-19 Updates for more information.

Center on Disability

The Center on Disability (COD) fosters an educational environment that is inclusive of and accessible to the diverse population served by Community College of Philadelphia. It works collaboratively with College constituencies and outside agencies that support individuals with unique or complex learning needs.

On-campus Hours

The Center on Disability will offer in-person, general assistance at our front office Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. We are located on Main Campus, in Room BG-39.

Our front desk is closed daily from 1 to 2 p.m., but virtual assistance will be available at this time on Zoom.

Virtual Hours

Virtual and phone appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can schedule a virtual or phone appointment for individual discussions of accommodation requests, one-to-one private meetings where we discuss confidential information and develop accommodation plans. To schedule an appointment, please email or call 215-751-8050.

Student Resources

If you need assistance with ADA accommodations or have questions related to disability, please call and leave a message or send us an email. Staff will check messages daily.

Please note the Center on Disability is not administering quizzes, tests, or exams associated with online instruction at the College. Students should remind instructors of their testing accommodations, so they remember to adjust any timers associated with their assessments accordingly.
