Department of Public Safety

Your success as a student, and your safety, are the College’s top priorities. Before the official start of the spring semester, the College would like to remind you about the services provided by the Department of Public Safety to help you around campus, including:
  • Issuing your College ID card
  • Jumpstarting your vehicle’s battery
  • Escorting you to or from your car or public transportation
Public Safety operates 24/7, and officers oversee daily operations. Stationary officers are posted at Security stations throughout our campuses, and roving officers overlook the interior and exterior of each campus, including parking lots. State-of-the-art surveillance cameras located throughout our campuses are monitored by security supervisors 24 hours a day, and systems on campus and in classrooms can communicate alerts if necessary.
