What is Interfolio?

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing faculty development and support, the Academic and Student Success Division has collaborated with a dedicated team of faculty and administrators over the summer to implement and beta test a new software platform, Interfolio. This platform is designed to streamline the processes of promotion, evaluation, and professional advancement. Interfolio is comprised of two primary modules: Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) and Reporting, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT).

Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) serves as a centralized digital repository for storing documentation of your professional activities, artifacts, and other materials essential for evaluations and promotions. The Reporting, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) module facilitates the creation of e-portfolios, automates the approval workflow for promotions and evaluations, and will eventually support the sabbatical application process. Once your data is stored within FAR, it can be easily integrated into e-portfolios, CVs, or dossiers within the RPT module.

Currently, the FAR module is available for immediate use. Whether you are a faculty member planning to apply for promotion or sabbatical, an adjunct faculty member considering a full-time position, or a new tenure-track faculty member, We strongly encourage you to begin utilizing FAR. All faculty members are encouraged to document their activities in FAR to support annual reviews and goal-setting discussions.

How to log in to Interfolio.

1. Log in to myccp.online.
2. Click the Employee Services tab, next select the Faculty and Advising Services category.
3. Select Faculty E-Portfolio.
