Academic Course Scheduling
The Office of the Scheduler, under Academic and Student Success Operations, is responsible for academic course scheduling, curriculum and program maintenance, analysis and maintenance of course attributes, classroom space utilization, degree audit system maintenance, and final exam scheduling through collaboration with college administrative and academic units.

Fall Schedule: On-campus Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays Remote on Thursdays and Fridays.
Mr. Jones provides oversight for the master schedule to ensure that it meets the academic requirements of the institution. He collaborates with academic divisions to ensure timely and accurate system additions or changes to curricula; maintains an accurate system representation of prerequisites; and coordinates accurate academic information for the College catalog and other publications. He works with various departments to conceptualize and develop optimal practices for the master schedule and plans for effective enrollment strategies; serves as the division lead for the College’s space scheduling and degree audit systems; and works to ensure effective and efficient space utilization.

Fall Schedule: Remote on Mondays and Tuesdays On-campus Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Ms. Thorn utilizes the College’s designated system to reserve classrooms for meetings and events, supports maintenance of the course catalog and room inventory, and schedules credit and non-credit classes and final exams in appropriate spaces. She works collaboratively and under the direction of the Academic Scheduler II to ensure timely and accurate system additions or changes to curricula, supports maintenance of an accurate system representation of prerequisites, and supports the acquisition of accurate academic information for the College catalog and other publications. She supports the implementation and maintenance of all College ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems as related to Academic and Student Success such as the degree audit system.
