Kevin Bradley

Kevin Bradley’s first tour at the College was from 2009 to 2014 as an adjunct instructor in the Automotive Technology department. After serving eight years as a Fleet Maintenance Manager @ SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority), Kevin returned to the College full time in June 2023 as the Automotive Technology Work-based Learning Coordinator. Kevin works at CATC (Career & Advanced Technology Center), helping to develop the College’s first Automotive Technician Registered Apprenticeship Program and connecting students to WBL opportunities. Kevin holds a B.S. in Marketing from LaSalle University and a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Wilmington University. Kevin is a CCP graduate and a native of Philadelphia. Outside of work, you might find him involved in helping organize community activities that promote a better quality of life in your neighborhood.

Terrance Brown

Terrance joined the College in 2023 and is the Retention Specialist for the Transportation Technologies Department. As the Retention Specialist, Terrance serves as the liaison between students, advisors, and campus partners by assisting students and advisors in reviewing data and trends for automotive students who either stop out, transfer or graduate after the 2-year goal. Previous employers include the Philadelphia Youth Network and Big Brothers Big Sisters program. While serving in a coordinator role, Terrance developed relationships with, provided resources for, and trained and supported students, parents, volunteers and employers through mentoring and WorkReady programs while tracking data and providing enrollment/retention reports. 

Mr. Brown holds an A.A.S. in Human Services from Delaware Technical Community College and a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University. Terrance enjoys spending time with his family. Interests include reading & enjoying the outdoors.

James Dahl

Jim joined the college in 2021 as the Manager of the Helpdesk, bringing with him extensive experience and impressive acmic qualifications. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in information technology and information systems security, as well as a master's degree in information systems security and assurance. Jim’s IT career began in 1996 in the U.S. Navy, where he oversaw a BNC network on the help desk. Following his military service, he moved into the private sector, where he held various roles ranging from Level 1 Helpdesk to IT Manager at companies such as FS Investments, WWE, and Budget Rent a Car.

Jim resides in Northeast Philadelphia with his wife Kristina, two stepsons and their dog, Savannah. He is a proud father of three sons; his oldest son lives in Northeast Philadelphia with his family, including his newborn son, who is also Jim and Kristina's first grandson, while Jim's other two sons reside in Florida.

Jim is actively involved in his community, serving on the Roman Catholic High School Alumni Board of Trustees, co-chairing the school’s largest yearly fundraiser, and serving as Vice President of Ice Hockey Operations for Roman Catholic High School.

Dionne Easton

Dionne Easton is the Student Life Coordinator for Regional Centers within the Academic Student Success Division. She has been with the college for 12 years and thrives on engaging with the student population. Some of Dionne’s responsibilities include creating and implementing academic and social programs for Regional Center students and supporting main campus events. Prior to joining the Community College of Philadelphia, Dionne was a coordinator for high school students in low-income areas, navigating their educational journey and transition into either a post-secondary institution or the workforce. She attended Temple University and holds a BS in Public Health. She then went on to West Chester University where she received her MS in Counseling and Higher Education.

Outside of work, Dionne enjoys baking and spending time with her son. During her leisure time, she explores her creative side through art, often sharing her new skills with students to inspire their own creativity.

Safiyyah Ennis

Safiyyah is an Instructional Aide in the Counseling Department.  She began her higher education career at the College as an administrative associate in the Records and Registration department in 2019.  In 2020, she accepted a position as a Student Support Specialist in the Registrar’s office at West Chester University of PA where her duties included but were not limited to, student registration, graduation clearance, transcript evaluation and residency requests.  In September of 2022, she returned to the College in her current role, in which she assists readmit, transfer and academic probation students.  She also assists with counseling intake and other administrative tasks.  The best part of her job is being able to connect and create bonds with students.  Safiyyah is a proud alumna of West Chester University of PA; she holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Health Sciences.  She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Safiyyah is an avid sports fan and has volunteered with youth sports organizations such as the Overbook Monarchs (Philadelphia, PA) and the Yeadon Educational Athletic Association (Delaware County, PA).  Her other interests include music history and collecting vinyl records, African American history and traveling. 

Alecia Fields

Alecia is the Associate Director of Student Services at Montgomery County Community College where she oversees the Enrollment Services One Stop, a centralized location of services to address questions related to admissions, registration, financial aid, billing, parking, and photo IDs. Alecia provides strategic leadership to a team of administrators and staff delivering hybrid services across two campuses. She has been with the institution for 16 years, serving in multiple capacities within the Student Services area. Alecia is a MCCC alum, and she serves on the Montgomery County Community College Alumni Association Board of Directors. Alecia is a member of MCCC’s chapter of Tri-Alpha National Honor Society for first-generation college students. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern University, and a Master of Science in Higher Education, with a concentration in Organizational Management and Student Affairs from Drexel University. Alecia has professional membership with the Institute for Student Services Professionals, where she was one of ISSP’s 2023-2024 conference presenters. Alecia is involved in various activities in the community that promote education and youth enrichment through her involvement with the Greater Norristown Area Ministerium and child sponsorship through World Vision. Alecia enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and building connections with people. 

Megan Galeone

Megan joined Montgomery County Community College in May 2019 as a Human Resources Generalist.  She is now the Assistant Director of HR, where she manages various aspects of Human Resources with her team, such as full life cycle recruitment, leaves of absence process, and employee benefits initiatives, including open enrollment and workers’ compensation.  Prior to joining the College, Megan worked at Colonial School District supporting the Director of HR and at Main Line Health as a Recruitment Coordinator.  Megan loves to travel, always enjoys a great read, and volunteers at her local fire department on their administrative side.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in English for Secondary Ed from Millersville University and a Master of Science in Education from West Chester University with a major in Literacy.

Randy Gordon

Randy joined the college in 2021 as the Support Navigator for the college of MSHC and transitioned into the Enrollment Counselor position in 2022. Prior to joining CCP, Randy was an Associate Manager of Admissions at Jefferson University and has worked at The Art Institute of Philadelphia and Drexel University. Randy holds an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University and will complete his EdD in Educational Leadership in Spring 25 from Arcadia University. Randy serves his community through his fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. Randy is also an avid cyclist and music connoisseur.

Shereen Green

Since August 2022, Shereen Green has been a Student Success Navigator at the Community College of Philadelphia, where she serves as a liaison for students, facilitating their entry into the College, connecting them with resources, and enhancing graduation and retention rates within the Division of Business and Technology. Shereen provides personalized support to improve student success. Prior to CCP, she worked as a Medical Assistant at Macaione & Papa Dermatology and continues to serve her community as an Aerospace Medical Technician in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. Shereen holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and is pursuing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Her interests include reading various genres, weightlifting, bullet journaling, and empowering moms through her social media platform, Busy Mom Freedom.

Malikah Green-Cliett

Malikah joined the college in 2022, serving as a success navigator with the Octavius Catto Scholarship, and was promoted to senior success navigator in December 2023. Her primary focus is to recruit and enroll qualified students to attend college for free. Before joining the College, Malikah worked at PHENND, a small nonprofit affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, and served as the Next Steps AmeriCorps program manager working with college sophomores and juniors engaging them in community service, mentoring, recruiting, and providing them leadership development skills. She also served as an assistant program manager for Admissions and Placement for the Mid-Atlantic & Midwest regions at A Better Chance, a national nonprofit in New York. In this role she assisted families who identified as BIPOC (Black Indigenous Person of Color) navigate the admissions process to attend college preparatory day, boarding, and independent schools in the country. Malikah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from Lincoln University, the first degree-granting HBCU (Historical Black College & University) in the U.S, and a Master of Arts in English/Publishing at Rosemont College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Malikah hopes to publish a children's book with her daughter in the near future, and in her free time enjoys being an active member of the Junior League of Philadelphia an organization of women whose Mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Bayeh Harmon

Bayeh is the Director of Accounting and Special Funds at the Community College of Philadelphia. She has been in this position for nearly five years. She has spent most of her career in academia, specializing in Accounting and Finance. My journey has been marked by consistent progression into leadership roles, where she had the privilege of managing teams of up to 25 people. Her leadership skills were particularly evident in a previous role, where she spearheaded a two-year comprehensive system upgrade.

Bayeh prides herself on her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, meeting them where they are in their professional journeys. Her approach focuses on identifying and leveraging each team member’s strengths while addressing areas that need improvement. Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that a single motivated individual can often achieve more than a group of unengaged workers. Bayeh is deeply committed to refining leadership skills and expanding her impact within the college.

Outside work, she cherishes spending time with my family and exploring new places. She has a passion for travel and enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, which broadens her perspective and enriches her life experiences.

Samantha Hart Shepherd

Samantha Hart Shepherd is a Philadelphia native with over 15 years’ experience with non-profits including 10 years in the field of education. As a life-long learner, it is her passion to assist first-time, non-traditional and English Language Learners(ELL) in particular reach educational and workforce goals. She has been a team member of the CCP’s Institutional Advancement office since September 2023.  Samantha attended CCP early in her education, graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern University. When not working she enjoys reading and kayaking.

Rebecca (Becky) Hays

Becky has served as the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs – STEM at Montgomery County Community College since 2021. Prior to joining Montco, she was an Associate Professor in Biology at Eastern University, where she taught for 10 years. Before that, she served as a postdoctoral associate with the University of Delaware and Stroud Water Research Center in Avondale, PA. Becky earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with Concentrations in Ecology and Marine Biology from Millerville University; she received her Master of Science in Marine Studies and Ph.D. in Oceanography from the University of Delaware. Her research has focused on the biogeochemistry of sandy beaches and salt marshes, paleoclimate reconstruction, and the use of remote sensing and GIS for environmental mapping. Becky lends her expertise and passion for science to the Palmer Seminary Science and Religion Symposium in her role as the Science Advisor. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, puzzles, and spending time with friends.

Lisa Lindquist

Lisa joined Montgomery County Community College in 2014 as a teacher at the on-campus Children’s Center. From 2018-2022, Lisa was director of the Children’s Center which provided care for approximately 80 children and employed over 20 staff members.  In 2022, Lisa transitioned to the Finance Department as a Budget Analyst and then moved into the role of Manager of Financial Operations in February 2024. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education, both from West Chester University. Lisa also earned a doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from Delaware Valley University with a dissertation focused on budget decision making at Pennsylvania Community Colleges.  She is Pennsylvania state certified to teach Pre-K through 6th grade and has a Pennsylvania Director’s Credential. Lisa has also worked at a tri-state auto detailing company as a billing specialist for the past 12 years. When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and doing puzzles.

Deena Leh

Deena started at the College in March 2023 and serves as a director of Multimedia Services & CCPTV. Prior to her current role, she oversaw student media at Villanova University and has held various student-facing leadership positions at USciences, Jefferson University, University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, and William Paterson University. Deena holds an Associate of Arts in Communication from Bucks County Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Arcadia University, and a Master of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh. She volunteers with several national college media organizations and enjoys crafting, photography, and spending time with her husband and son.  

Renee Reyes

Renee is participating in this fellowship experience from Montgomery County Community College. Dr. Reyes is full-time teaching faculty for the Healthcare Professions and Public Health since Spring 2022, with additional responsibilities in program coordination and dual enrollment teacher liaison. Initially, she started at MCCC in Spring 2017 as an Academic Advisor for the Health Sciences. Prior to MCCC, Renee's higher education experience includes student support services and student engagement services at University of Massachusetts and New York University. Dr. Reyes' educational background includes an associate degree from MCCC in Human Services, bachelor's and master's degrees in Healthcare Administration, and an EdD in Higher Education Organizational Leadership. Renee has been a member of the YWCA Tri-County Area Board of Directors since Summer 2022.

Sharon Stuckey

I joined the College in 2022 as a Confidential Assistant for Institutional Advancement. Before joining the College, I worked for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as a dispatcher for equipment repair techs. Prior to that I spent eleven years in facilities and construction management. I have an associate’s degree in Secretarial Sciences. Prior to the pandemic, I participated annually in the Susan G. Koman race for the cure. I am currently and have been a dance teacher for about 40 years. I led the dance ministry in my church for 8 years before transitioning to teach a War Binder class. In my spare time when I’m not helping other churches with start-up dance ministries, I’m crafting and planning events.

Paul Tamke, Jr.

Paul joined the College in 2021 and is the Manager of Aid & Eligibility for the Octavius Catto Scholarship. Before joining the College, he held various positions in the financial aid space at various technical schools and private two-year colleges within the Philadelphia region. He also has five years of experience working in the emergency and critical care sector of veterinary medicine, which has instilled in him the importance of proper triage techniques and an overall mindset for applying clinical techniques while working to address student needs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership from Drexel University with the intention of continuing on in the Doctor of Education program in the same field. Paul is an advocate for free college initiatives and is focusing his graduate research on promise scholarship programs as he works to transition out of financial aid into program administration and institutional effectiveness. 

Jenavia Weaver

Jenavia Weaver is the Director of Student Engagement at CCP, where she has been dedicated to fostering student growth and leadership for the past 22 years. In her role, she is responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and implementing student engagement and leadership development activities for all students. Jenavia’s career at CCP has seen her excel in three different positions, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the institution. Before joining CCP, Jenavia worked as a Workforce Development Unit Caseworker at the County Assistance Office for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.A. in Applied Social Science with a minor in Business Marketing from Binghamton University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. Jenavia is also deeply involved in her community as the Co-Founder and COO of R.A.R.E. Genius, LLC, which hosts initiatives like Miss Black Genez, the Black Girl Games, the I Have You Have Feeding Program, and the DRILL2BUILD DRUM2 African-centered Carpentry and Drumming Program. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Jenavia is a passionate wife, mother, and community servant leader. She enjoys African dancing, especially to the traditional African rhythms played by her husband and son. Additionally, she is known for her culinary skills, particularly her big pots of soup and hearty meals.
