Employee and Student Giving
The Community College of Philadelphia Annual Fund is a way for loyal alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends to give back to the College. Consistent giving is the cornerstone of the Annual Fund's success. All donors to the College are valued, but there are special giving societies to honor its most loyal Annual Fund donors. The Gold Society is comprised of donors who give at least five consecutive years and the Mint Society is made up of donors who give $1,000 or more per fiscal year (which can be done easily with a payroll deduction of $40 per pay).
Contributing to the Annual Fund is easy and secure. Use the link below to donate online to the Annual Fund, which gives you the option of making gifts directly from your checking account, credit or debit card. You will also have the ability to make recurring gifts. With this feature, you may elect to make incremental donations on a bi-weekly and monthly period from your personal account of choice. The I-Pledge Project was started in fall 2013 to encourage philanthropy among Community College of Philadelphia students. Several times during the year, volunteers set up tables throughout the campus and ask for donations to the I-Pledge Project which fund the Colonial Spirit Scholarship awarded to a fellow student. Donors are also asked to honor a faculty, staff member or someone in their lives who helped them along their educational journey. The I Pledge Project relies on the support of student clubs and volunteers to teach their fellow students about the importance and impact of philanthropy.
