Minimum Application Criteria

Must be enrolled for all remaining coursework:

• Degree programs - 42 credits or more and a GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Certificate programs - 7 credits or more and a GPA of 2.0 or higher

Graduation Application Deadlines for Commencement Participation

March 31, 2025 is the graduation application deadline to ensure your name will appear in the commencement program and participation in the commencement ceremony.

How to Apply

1. Log in to MyCCP
2. Under the Student tab, click on Graduation, then click Apply for Graduation.
3. Complete and submit the application.
4. For multiple programs, separate applications will be required.

• Review your "MyDegree Path" for outstanding program requirements.

You can also speak to an advisor or counselor to check your graduation eligibility:

Commencement takes place once a year at the conclusion of the Spring semester. However, a student may fulfill graduation requirements at the conclusion of any semester or summer session.

Students who do not meet graduation requirements must submit a new graduation application for the next term in which they anticipate graduation.
