TRIO Student Support Services
TRiO Student Support Services (TRiO SSS) Is a U.S. Department of Education grant-funded project for eligible low-income, first-generation and disabled college students. Services and activities offered through TRiO Student Support Services include academic support, summer bridge program, intersession, specialized advising, orientation, career and skills workshops, college visits, cultural activities, study abroad and grant aid. Single Stop Support Services
Community College of Philadelphia partnered with Single Stop USA, a nonprofit organization delivering services to more than one million families nationwide, to establish a service for students that connects them to state and federal financial resources and local community services.
ESL Institute
Classes in the ESL Institute offer adult, non-native speakers of English the opportunity to improve their basic English language skills in order to actively increase their participation in the larger society, continue their education into academic programs or to prepare for citizenship.
