Join us for a month-long training series focused on wellness, safety, resilience, and empowerment. Gain tools to support both your own mental and emotional well-being, as well as that of the community—guided by professionals in the field. Let’s uplift ourselves and our neighbors by learning practical strategies for overcoming mental health challenges, preventing crises, and staying safe.
Participants who attend two or more sessions will receive a special prize.

Harm Reduction and Overdose Reversal Training

Work with Collegiate Recovery Director and BHHS faculty member Kerry Arnold to learn how to administer Narcan and respond effectively in the event of an opioid overdose.
Know Your Rights/Mental Health Tools for Immigrant & Refugee Youth

Led by community legal and social service partner, HIAS Pennsylvania, this session offers critical legal and emotional health resources for immigrant students. Breakfast will be served.

Experience Mental Health, Identity & Inclusive Campus Practices

Join the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center for a training focused on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for LGBTQIA+ students, staff, colleagues and allies. This session will explore the intersection of mental health and identity, offering practical tools and strategies to promote belonging and well-being across our campus community. Lunch will be provided.
Black Female Therapists Film Screening & Wellness Experience

Join us for a film screening and thoughtful group discussion with clinician and filmmaker Dr. Jenine Lowrey. The event will culminate in a meditative sound bath to center healing and self-care.
