Degrees and Certificates will be mailed after the finalization process is complete. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after grades are reported.

Replacement Degrees and Certificates

Degree and certificate replacement requests are processed by the Office of Student Records and Registration. The replacement cost is $15 and standard processing and delivery time is 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment.  

All replacement degrees and certificates bear the signatures of the current college, Chair of the Board of Trustees, President, and Vice President of Academic and Student Success.

To ensure you receive your degree and/or certificate, please pay any financial obligations. Holds may delay the mailing.
