Enrollment Verification
A certification is an official statement of a student's enrollment record which contains degree conferral information as it pertains to coursework completed at Community College of Philadelphia.
Student Records and Registration can certify only for current, past terms and registered future terms. A certification will contain the following information:
- Name
- Anticipated graduation date
- Program of study
- Undergraduate classification
- Enrollment status (i.e., a full/part time student based on semester credits)
- Number of credits and credit total
Enrollment certification requests can be made using the Enrollment Certification Request or the National Student Clearinghouse.
All certifications are official and bear the College's seal or the signature of the Director of Student Records and Registration.
In the case of students who have graduated from the College, the certification will provide the date of graduation, the degree conferred, and, if requested, enrollment history. A certification does NOT provide information about individual course grades or Grade Point Average (See Transcript Information).
Generally, it takes 5-7 working days to process a certification, which can be mailed or picked-up.
