We proudly celebrate students who join Phi Theta Kappa's Rho Upsilon chapter here at the College. Phi Theta Kappa is an International Honor Society that formally recognizes the academic achievement of students at open-access universities. It is the largest honor society in American higher education with more than 3.6 million members and 1,100 chapters since its inception.

Since 1918, Phi Theta Kappa has offered high-achieving students a way to build upon their successes and come together with like-minded peers. Being a part of this organization gives students unique opportunities like access to scholarships, career development tools, mentorship and more. 

Phi Theta Kappa helps students develop their leadership skills through free online training and support for on-campus initiatives. Students can become officers to gain experience in organizational management or spearhead service projects on campus through the Honors in Action program.
