I first came to CCP [Community College of Philadelphia] looking to enhance my financial situation. I have a B.S. degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I found it difficult to re-enter that industry so I came back, and just started a new career. I wanted to go into Mortuary Science. I had to take all of the business courses I needed. I was not able to transfer to Northampton Community College which is where they have that program. I decided to stay here and fulfill my time—that’s my path to possibilities.”
