I want to own a food truck and move on down the line to own a restaurant. The culinary part was me learning a trade so I don’t have to work under anyone forever. I graduate in May. When I first got here [to the College] I just went to class and then I left, went to class, then I left. And it didn’t take me until now to realize that the more people you have around you, the better your experiences are.
