Classes and Activities Beginning After 4:30 p.m. Are Canceled

Because of the threat of high winds and extreme weather in the region tonight, all classes and activities beginning after 4:30 p.m. are canceled.

Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS)

Program Details

Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) assists students who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) support in their pursuit of postsecondary education.  Students enrolled in the program have the opportunity to meet regularly with program staff who will help them meet their educational goals.

Service to Students

Students are connected with appropriate services both in and outside of the College.  Through their participation in KEYS, students receive offered supports that promote academic success and completion through tutoring, advising, career development, technology resources, and job search assistance.  In addition, KEYS can assist students in accessing benefits and services through the County Assistance Office (CAO) and other community agencies.

Eligibility

KEYS is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.  Eligible students who are interested in enrolling in KEYS should contact their caseworker at their assigned CAO for a referral or contact the KEYS office directly. for more information.
