All CSA’s must share crime reports they receive with the Department of Public Safety. Please use the CSA Reporting Form to report crimes to Public Safety. 

Do not use this form for emergencies or urgent incidents or situations. If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 to reach the Philadelphia Police Department or the Fire Department, and then notify Campus Safety at 215-751-8111. If you need an immediate response from the Department of Campus Safety and Security to a non-emergency incident or situation, please call 215-751-8111.
