The Judge Edward R. Becker Citizenship Award Presentation and Lecture was held February 26, 2019. Mayor Kenney and Dr. Hite joined Daniel P. McElhatton, Esq., the Becker family and the College in honoring Joseph M. Field, the recipient of this year's award, whose decades-long support and contributions to the arts, health care and the welfare of children have made a profound impact on the region, its citizens and the cultural vibrancy of the city. The spirit of the Judge Edward R. Becker Citizenship Award entails service to the public, compassion for others and dedication to the community.
