How do I reset my faculty or staff account password

In person changes can be assisted via Support Center in B2-41, or email at or call (215) 496-6000, option 1 for further assistance. User must provide an employee ID number and will be asked to verify their identity. All faculty and staff can utilize the Password Reset Portal. (Password Rest Portal Instructions)

Faculty and Staff will receive an email messages reminding them that their password is about to expire. This warning is an auto-generated notification.
