The College participated in Latinx Heritage Month this year with a series of eight events from September 25 - October 17. Events included: an installation relating to the theme "The Afro-Latinx: The Hues of the African Diaspora", "Diversity Dialogue: Puerto Rico Yesterday, Today and the Future","Latinx Comfort Foods: A Cooking Demonstration and Tasting", "Lasers in the Jungle: Recent High-tech Discoveries about the Ancient Maya of Central America", and "Discussion with Dr. Marta Moreno Vega of the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI)".
