Seminar Description
This seminar provides an overview of the Community College of Philadelphia’s FY25-26 budget process, empowering participants with the knowledge and tools to actively engage in the College’s financial planning efforts. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the budget cycle—from initial planning to final approval—while exploring how the College’s mission and strategic goals drive financial priorities. Additionally, the session will highlight the impact of budgetary decisions on operational efficiency, academic programming, and student success, fostering a deeper appreciation for the role of financial planning in advancing fiscal stability and sustainability.
