Seminar Description

This seminar first provides you with a comprehensive theoretical framework on "client centered/Rogerian" counseling approach. We will then provide you with an experiential activity to capture what it feels like to connect with your counterpart and what feels like to synchronize their energy. We will then apply and the basic counseling skills with "role-play" practice. This experiential workshop will hopefully provide you with tangible skill set so that when faced with a difficult circumstance whether in personal or professional setting, while you can provide a full understanding of the counterpart life experience, it will strengthen and cultivate the relationship between.
