Learning Goals
Participants will:
Be Introduced to potential mentors to the Black Scholars Mentoring Program. Cover the BSMP framework and how mentors will work with their mentees. Answer any questions about the program - Educate potential mentors on cultural sensitivity and boundaries in general.

Seminar Description
This seminar is designed specifically for CCP staff, faculty, and administrators who are interested in becoming a mentor for 1-2 students here at the College. During this seminar we will cover what the Black Scholars Mentoring Program is all about, ways you can become a mentor, why you should be a mentor, and how to be the best mentor you can!
