Seminar Description

The Little Big Things matter. They really do. From times when your day goes from bad-to-good because someone notices your efforts or pays you a compliment, to life altering advice, encouragement, and support, the Little Big Things leave their mark on our lives in a multitude of ways. In this encore Lindback lecture you will learn about the life changing power of educators employing the Little Big Things, the science behind why our brains try to talk us out of doing good things for others, case studies, practical tips, and the guiding principles of giving, uplifting, and validating others so that you can make a small but significant positive impact on the world. Those who have already attended the lecture are more than welcome to return for a refresher as there will be some new material added.
