Participants will:

• Learn how to play the "Climate Community" board game.
• Learn ways to adapt the board game for their subject matter/students.

Seminar Description
Are you interested in teaching about climate change and how it impacts communities? In this seminar you will learn how to the teach with and play the "Climate Community" board game. It is a 45-minute activity that can be easily implemented and adapted into your classrooms as a group activity. The game can be connected to writing assignments that allow students to explore the topic further outside the classroom. The game board, rules, and pieces needed to play the game will be provided for all attendees who express interest.
