Participants will: 

  • Expand understanding around the impact of the twenty percent enrollment reporting policy on students and your role as faculty.  
  • Offer additional clarity around the student withdrawal process, grade reporting and how each impact student financial aid. 

Seminar Description 

The College's Interim Director of Financial Aid will review Policy No. 5 and the reporting obligations of faculty prescribed under the policy. The session will also center on answering policy-related questions from faculty and other stakeholders. The session will explore the importance of twenty percent enrollment reporting to the distribution of much needed financial aid to our students and better and will also consider the differences in the impact of withdrawals and the letter grades of F and FS.
