• Describe the necessity of an overall quality assurance initiative for online and hybrid courses
• Describe the services offered by the Quality Matters, Inc. (QM) organization
• Identify how CCP is currently using the Quality Matters rubrics and services, as well as the plans for growth in engagement with QM.
• Determine how and why faculty should become involved with the QM initiative at CCP
