Seminar Description

Resource allocation is considered an important aspect of the assessment process. In fact, it could be considered a key ingredient in the use of assessment findings to address observed gaps. However, for resource allocation to be effective, it has to be budgeted for. An important way to budget is to use assessment data as part of the decision-making process. This presentation would explore how outcome assessment findings could be used in the budgeting and resource allocation process to ensure continuous improvement.
