Participants will:

• Provide awareness about a new tool, Starfish Degree Planner, to help students map out the correct sequence of courses needed to earn a degree 
• Learn about the process of how students receive, make changes, and request approval for degree plans
• Learn the benefits of degree planner to students 

Program Description

Starfish is growing! Come and learn about a new tool, Starfish Degree Planner that is being rolled out by Academic Advisors to assist students in charting a clear course enrollment path to graduation. The session will include a demonstration of the student view of degree planner. Over time, the number of students with Starfish degree plans will increase and it will be important that faculty, administrators, and staff become familiar with this tool to better assist students in their academic journey at the College.
