Program Description

Too often when DEI work is discussed it is within a liberal arts context. However, the fundamental principles and ideologies of diversity, equity, and inclusion can be applied to all academic programs. Fostering inclusive spaces of belonging, establishing equitable practices, re-examining policies for equity gaps, and creating actionable diversity goals are efforts that expand to every aspect of college life. Join us as we share DEI work that’s being done in STEM and other academic programs and ways to expand this important work beyond liberal arts.
