Program Description
The college has been providing support to prospective students and current students via Live Chat on the college website and department sites. This session is for departments which are looking to provide live student support via Live Chat on the college web site. Managers and future operators are encouraged to attend and learn the ins and outs of the Live Chat system along with best practices to provide quality support.
