Program Description 

As change occurs, employees may feel less productive and perhaps illustrate a lack of work. Many times employees also go through a grieving process yearning for the ways things used to be. Attend this presentation to understand these very common reactions while learning strategies to overcome the stress of the change process and developing resiliency.
