- Managers will learn about the Family Medical Leave Act, Leaves of Absence and the American with Disabilities Act.
- Managers will learn what their obligations are when their team members apply for and take these leaves/accommodations.
Seminar Description:
Do you want to learn more about the FMLA, leaves of absences and/or accommodations pursuant to the ADA and what your legal obligations are to your team members? At this session, the Director of Human Resources and ADA Coordinator will explain all three and your legal obligations as a manager when a team member applies for leave and/or an accommodation.
