Effective budget management is more than reviewing numbers—it's about understanding the systems, processes, and tools that help departments make informed financial decisions and responsibly steward College resources.
This session provides faculty and staff with an insider's guide to the College's budget management processes and financial systems. Participants will learn how to navigate Banner Finance and Tableau reports, interpret budget information, process budget adjustment requests, and utilize key Budget Office resources throughout the fiscal year. The session will also highlight common budgeting mistakes, best practices for financial planning, and where to find support when questions arise.
