Seminar Description:
Ever heard of Pride Portal? Thought to yourself that's just for students to join a club and find an event on campus? Think again! Pride Portal is a robust engagement platform that can be a great tool for academic departments and student support offices!
Pride Portal can enhance your efforts in engaging your students beyond the classroom by:
- Visually promoting workshops, guest speakers, community events
- Tracking RSVPs, event attendance, and student feedback to inform practices
- Sending mass communication to cohorts of students
- Tracking and rewarding students who choose to engage beyond the classroom. You don't have to work in Student Engagement to promote engagement beyond the classroom! This workshop will provide a broad overview of Pride Portal’s features, along with time to explore and discuss how your department or office can specifically utilize these features to accomplish your engagement goals!
