Seminar Description

This hands-on workshop introduces Microsoft Copilot as a digital coworker within the O365 environment. Participants will use Copilot to draft and revise emails, summarize meetings, create and refine documents, and analyze simple datasets. The session will also demonstrate how Copilot works with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms to reduce repetitive tasks—such as automating approval chains instead of email follow-ups, converting form responses into structured records without manual entry, and locating, summarizing, and organizing SharePoint content across teams. We will also address data security and governance considerations to ensure safe and compliant use of these tools at CCP. By the end of the session, participants will leave with concrete workflows they can apply immediately to improve efficiency while protecting institutional data.
