Kronos Timesheet Implementation - Phase Two
The second phase of the Kronos Timesheet System implementation will begin on Jan. 17 for classified/confidential employees, hourly paid adjunct employees and Work-Study students. The first phase, completed this summer, involved faculty and administrators.
Classified/confidential employees and hourly paid adjunct employees: You will start using Kronos/UKG to directly record hours worked and time off, including sick, vacation and personal time. Kronos is also where you will submit time off requests (based on eligibility), and once approved by your manager or department head, the requests will be directly captured into your weekly timesheet. 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. – for supervisors of Phase Two employees
