Anxiety vs Fear

Anxiety is defined as a "a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease, typically about an imminent event, or something with an uncertain outcome." In this workshop, you will learn what anxiety is and recognize how anxiety affects you. Strategies, tools and resources to help you manage anxiety will be introduced, as well as cool apps so you can better face your fears with courage and confidence. You are never alone.
