Students and Advisors will attend a club training to learn about the process of clubs, requesting funding, club approval, understanding your roles and responsibilities and communication techniques to be successful.   
These sessions will take place virtually and in-person in room S1-12 on Wednesday's at the dates listed below from 11am-12pm

Zoom and in-person sessions will review Clubs and Organization process. It will include information on, catering, space reservation, MMS, duplicating and address questions you may have as well. Students and Advisors will have a separate meeting to choose from. If the dates that are listed do not fit your availability, please reach out to Dionne Easton ccpstudentclubs@ccp.edu
 
Note: To Start a Club:
*Four (4) Currently enrolled students, each with min. 2.5 GPA. New students are exempt from the GPA requirement.   
* All students and club advisors who wish to start a club or re-activate must attend at least one session each new Academic year, unless starting in Spring
*Each club must complete online REGISTERATION LINK  
*Each club must have at least 2 members of the four activating members attend training either in person or virtual (Preferably President and Treasurer)
* Club Advisors must attend one training per academic year
*Only CCP Staff, Administrator, and Faculty employees are eligible to be club and or organization advisors.
* Advisors must email proof of enrollment and include the GPA on registration form and send GPA to dates that are listed do not fit your availability, please reach out to Dionne Easton ccpstudentclubs@ccp.edu. Any student club officer with less than a 2.5 GPA registration will be denied.

* Last date to take a training for Spring will be February 26, 2025 virtually. Each year, the last day to activate a student club is the Friday prior to Spring Break.  The last training session will be held Friday, 2/26/25. The deadline to complete all the criteria is Friday, 2/26/25.
