The Black Women's Wellness and Hair Fair

Join us!  All are welcome!
2/29, 11-2 pm, The Black Women's Wellness and Hair Fair, Bonnell Building Lobby
The Black Women's Wellness and Hair Fair ( BWW&H Fair) is a celebration of the C.R.O.W.N Act (Creating a Respectful Open World for Natural Hair). Hair is a centerpiece of Black culture; it’s a symbol of identity, resistance, creative expression and freedom.  The fair will consist of community wellness ( Spirit, Mind and Body) partners along with Black haircare professionals as hair is understood as an essential component of a Black woman's wellness. Guest Speaker - Philadelphia Councilmember Kendra Brooks.
There will be lots of free resources, giveaways, food and a special hot herbal tea hub to make your experience special!
