Join us for an afternoon of giveaways, music, African drumming, and Juneteenth history. Bring your own drum, bell or African shekere and you can participate in the drum circle at 1 p.m..
There will be a free hot lunch with a menu inspired by traditional African cuisine, along with the food traditionally eaten on Juneteenth. Stick around until 1:30 p.m. for a fresh produce and fruit giveaway, hosted by Grady's Community Garden Food Sovereignty Leadership Team.
