With the majority of childcare programs experiencing staffing shortages, Community College of Philadelphia is taking action to connect YOU to early learning programs throughout Philadelphia. During this one-day event, Early Childhood Education programs will host walk-in hiring events, featuring on-the-spot interviews at their locations. Programs will display yellow balloons in front of their facility to signify that they are participating, and we will also provide you with a list of participating programs. The event aims to simplify the job search and hiring process for YOU and promote the rewards of working in early childhood education.

In preparation for this event, the Career Connections Department and CCAMPIS would like to provide you with some resources and tools to assist in landing the job you desire with a three-day bootcamp November 3, 7 and 9.

Interviews will occur on location or over zoom.
