Payroll - College Returns to Regular Work Week Schedule

Effective the week of August 21, the College will return to operating on a regular work week schedule. Payroll payments will return to a Friday pay date as well.


Timesheets are to be turned in to the Payroll Department by Friday at 3 p.m. If a weekend shift is worked, then the timesheets are to be turned in on Monday at 9 a.m. 

Any timesheets submitted after the time deadline could result in a delay of payment.


Supervisors:
All timesheets must be signed in ink and the total hours approved added within the box. Timesheets missing approval will be returned and may delay the timely payment to your employee.

Employees:
Please be aware of the following when filling out your timesheet:
  • Make sure that the week ending date is always the Sunday end date.
  • Include all in and out time.
  • Fill in the exact amount of hours worked for each day.
  • In the Opscan area, bubble in actual hours worked for each day.
  • Enter information clearly.
  • Make sure that bubbles are filled in completely.
  • Make sure your supervisor approves your timesheet. Missing approval may delay the timely payment of your pay.
