Program Description:
As organizational appetite for survey data increases daily, so does the need for a more thoughtful approach toward the way we survey CCP students. A new survey policy is now in effect at CCP, intended to address the growing problem of "survey fatigue," which has consequences related to data quality, brand perception, and other areas. This presentation will outline the new process for surveying CCP students, as well as general best practices in survey design and distribution.
